Convexus is a decision platform that transforms dialogue into measurable outcomes and collective action. Its AI facilitation identifies synthesis, reframes through common ground surfacing, and guides discussions through a structured workflow. Convexus addresses a fundamental challenge for teams and communities of all sizes, where opinions and discussions don't lead to outcomes. Whether a town hall, board meeting, governmental agency, or social media - organizations lack the infrastructure to move from discussion to decision. Convexus solves this through a four-phase workflow: Explore → Align → Act → Complete. In the Explore phase, participants contribute perspectives on focused questions. AI facilitation operates in real time, as a bridge. When participants express frustration or hostility, the AI extracts the underlying message and suggests constructive reframes, preserving voice while improving dialogue quality. The AI also identifies ideas gaining traction, surfacing contributions that might otherwise be lost in noise. AI facilitation also recommends when the group has reached a stage where moving to Align makes sense. In the Align phase, AI synthesizes emerging themes and highlights bridge-building moment: places where participants who disagree nonetheless share underlying concerns. This moves communities from "my opinion vs. yours" toward "what do we actually have in common?" The platform visualizes convergence, helping participants see collective priorities rather than just individual positions. If a participant's mind is changed by another's, this can be indicated in the platform. In the Act phase, the best ideas move to structured decision-making. AI facilitation recommends concrete proposals that emerged organically from deliberation, and participants vote on them. The result is not imposed from above but harvested from below. Legitimate because participants shaped it themselves and have ownership. Complete is where the process is again summarized by AI facilitation, and participants can download into a PDF, markdown, or csv format for future action and/or revisit. Convexus is built on open-source foundations (React, Supabase, Vercel) with Claude API integration for AI facilitation. Pilot projects have been completed and it is now fully live, operational, and available for use.
